Home Services Leader – Grogg’s Home Services – Clarksburg, WV

Grogg’s Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. of Clarksburg, WV is looking to hire a Home Services Leader to provide training, mentoring, and guidance to other Home Services Helpers while performing various residential and commercial services. This position earns a highly competitive wage and works 7 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday. Occasionally evening and weekend work may be required to meet company and customer needs.

This Home Services Leader position also enjoys benefits including 7 paid holiday’s, 1 week vacation at 1 year; 2 weeks at 2-4 years, and 3 weeks at 5 years, 24 hours of sick time per year, medical and dental insurance after 90 days, retirement plan with 3% match after 1 year for all employees that are at least 21 years old. We also offer employee discount and commissions on products and services and, for certain positions, referral and sign-on bonuses.

As our Home Services Leader, your ultimate responsibilities involve safety, profit & loss, client satisfaction, and employee engagement. You perform a variety of tasks including fixing plumbing systems, providing repairs, cleaning and remodeling spaces, performing repair assessments, laying flooring, as well as towing a 16-foot trailer as needed. You uphold our ethical standards at all times and promote our reputation in the community. QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug tests
  • A valid drivers license with a good driving record
  • 2 years of construction, plumbing, and electrical experience
  • Ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment
  • Ability to tow a 16-foot trailer
  • Proficient use of math, reading, and writing
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot problems with electrical equipment


Five years of experience is preferred, but not required!
