WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Assistant for us, you get to help our experienced installers out in the field at the homes and businesses of our customers. As you help them, they mentor you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly install heating and cooling equipment. You also properly fill out the necessary paperwork and maintain the cleanliness of your assigned company vehicle You must be eager to learn and happy to help. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug screenings
- Ability to obtain EPA Certification and WV Technician license within 90 days of hire
- Basic understanding of math, reading, writing and clear diction
- Basic skills in reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting problems with residential equipment
- Physically able to perform tasks associated with HVAC installation
