We are seeking a Help Desk Technician for our Home Office (Headquarters) location.

Summary

Our successful Help Desk Technician candidate will be an organized, efficient, proactive and responsive self-starter. They’ll be authentic and passionate, demonstrating strong collaboration skills with a can-do attitude that can be observed and felt in a positive way by co-workers and users.

The most successful candidates will have some capacity with being entrepreneurial and nimble, as we are always developing new approaches throughout the business. They’ll flow well with what others call stress and be comfortable with addressing differences and conflict while simultaneously also humble and eager to receive and integrate feedback. They’ll demonstrate healthy and motivating ways of giving feedback as well. They’ll demonstrate bringing great care, integrity, and customer service to all they do.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for 500 remote employees in over 10 remote sites
  • Assist users with computer, smart phones, printers, and Network issues
  • Answer and manage all IT support issues using company’s ticketing system while meeting service level objectives
  • Configure computers on site and remotely while installing all necessary software and drivers to meet needs
  • Liaison with vendors that offer business applications for escalations
  • Research, Develop, Test, Implement and coordinate new IT projects
  • Work with sites to setup and deploy new computers and join to the network
  • Make recommendations for future upgrades
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Having or working towards a college degree or professional certification is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support (Required)
  • 1-2 years of experience managing a queue or phone calls or tickets (Required)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Thorough understanding of computing and general interest in learning IT systems
  • Experience working with CRM, EMR, Billing, accounting, asset management software
  • Working knowledge of Office365, SharePoint, Ondrive,
  • Experience in assisted living or drug recovery industry (Preferred)
  • CompTIA A+ certification (Preferred)
  • Network certification (Preferred)

Full-time position begins on October 26th.

The IT Help Desk Technician will be at our Home Office (Headquarters) in Scottsdale, AZ.

Compensation is $37-45k + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, Life, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave).

Must be available 6a-6p

Shift 1: 6a-3p

Shift 2: 9a-6p
