**Our White Plains, NY firm is seeking professionals to join our growing practice. Our representatives strive to understand their clients’ goals and dreams in order to develop comprehensive solutions that will help their clients reach financial success.

Even if you have no previous finance experience, we will help nurture and develop your sales and planning talents! (Our training program = Training Magazine’s “Training Top 125 Award” winner!)

You will be given the flexibility to build your own practice while receiving support and guidance from our firm’s exceptional network of financial specialists, training and educational programs, and mentors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Connecting with potential clients; being sensitive to their needs and true desires
  • Serve as the connection to your clients and collaborate with our financial planning team, mentors, and specialists to developing tailored solutions
  • Training and guidance from our leadership team and individual mentors

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year College Degree or higher
  • A pleasant attitude and dependable judgment
  • Values of integrity and honesty
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Ability to work independently with a go-getter mindset
