The Workforce Data Analyst will work in partnership with the HR Operations Team, HR Business Partners, and external consultants to manage and administer our compensation and data analytics. This role is accountable for ensuring compensation programs align with market and Elevation’s employee value proposition. This role will manage workforce analytics and HR metrics. This analyst will also partner with Finance to build and forecast organization-wide benefits and salary budget.

  • Provides data and analytical support to our HR business partners; including data mining from multiple sources, compiling reports, identifying trends in data and making recommendations for operational improvements
  • Compiles salary data and forecast reports and manages org-wide benefits and salary budget
  • Manages HR metrics, benchmarks and workforce capacity data
  • Monitors and assess satisfaction and effectiveness on compensation programs and proactively modify rewards as needed in alignment with the Total Rewards Philosophy.
  • Manages variable compensation plan documentation and initiates appropriate documentation to employees via DocuSign
  • Evaluates new and updated success profile requests (job evaluation requests), determines pay grades and identifies FLSA classification and maintains compensation structure.
  • Partners with leaders across organization to communicate an educate them on Elevations compensation and budget practices.
  • Leads compensation reviews of all company roles and completes salary surveys to determine competitive nature of positions and salaries
  • Participates in salary surveys (McLagan, Mercer, CUNA, Employers Council and PayFactors) to determine competitive nature of positions and salaries.
  • Partners with HR Business Partners and department leaders to find solutions for compensation-related issues

VP Total Rewards

Decision Making, Influencing, Planning and Organizing, Building Partnerships, Quality Orientation, Continuous Improvement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Math or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • 3 + years general reporting experience in an Analyst or related role
  • Advanced MS Office skills; Excel and PowerPoint will be used daily
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate information verbally as well as in written or graphical forms
  • Demonstrated operational experience or knowledge with HR processes and systems related to workforce reporting, recruiting, learning, performance management and HR metrics
  • Previous experience working in Compensation, Finance, Business Intelligence or Analytics
  • CCP, CEBS or other Compensation/Benefit certification designation
  • Proficiency working with very large data sets, developing tools for streamlined analysis and creating reports that succinctly summarize complex concepts.
  • Experience in HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Success Factors, PayFactors

This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment

Budgeted range starts at $68,480 + annual bonus. Starting compensation will be determined based upon experience.
