Corporate Recruiter – Kalmbach Feeds Inc – Upper Sandusky, OH

About the Role:

The Kalmbach Feeds Human Resources team requires a strong leader to serve as the Corporate Recruiter, who will provide leadership in establishing and implementing concrete programs and actions to sustain and build culture as well as to attract, on-board, and retain strong position and cultural fits. This includes building and maintaining strong working relationships with hiring managers, cultivating creative suggestions to build-out a wide-range candidate pool, and ultimately work as a team to selectively expand our growing organization. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources and has no direct reports.

  • You will develop and execute strategies that lead directly to the profitable growth of Kalmbach Feeds
  • You will understand and respond to business needs in part by developing strong relationships with business leaders / key team members
  • You will develop and sustain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions
  • You will enhance the ability to attract top talent, through staying updated on key job market recruitment strategies
  • You will continuously ensure that appropriate staffing decisions are made for long-term business interests by filling positions with high quality individuals
  • You will guarantee open communication and full integrity during the entire recruitment process
  • You will influence company reputation and character to the highest degree and ensure each candidate experience is positive


Who You Are:

  • At least 3 years working in a recruitment setting (Search firms, RPO recruitment, or part of in-house recruitment team)
  • Proven record serving as a strategic partner to the business
  • Strong knowledge base in recruitment principles and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills and technical aptitude to facilitate involvement of others in solving complex issues
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to set direction and execute on defined strategies; ability to achieve results through influencing others and driving consensus
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and lead significant organizational change
  • Demonstrated high energy level and the drive required to proactively lead HR activities within a dynamic business environment
  • Ability to independently set goals and priorities without constant supervision from others
  • Extensive knowledge of ATS and other means of recruitment (via LinkedIn, Indeed, other social media platforms)
