RN Healthcare Recruiter

It is the role of the Healthcare Recruiter to seek out and connect with qualified RN candidates and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify qualified RN candidates based on client’s job requirements and business needs
  • Communicate with candidates via telephone, email, and/or in person interviews to determine skill sets, career goals, and applicable positions
  • Establish relationships with candidates and current employees in order to build trust, and gain familiarity with different industries and job roles, while expanding your professional network
  • Identify new and creative ways to source viable healthcare candidates (utilizing internet resources, directories, contact lists, database leads and personal networking)
  • Negotiate wage rates and employment terms with candidates, while being able to affirm their commitment for current and future positions
  • Attend job fairs, and networking events to meet with candidates and expand your network
  • Work with Account Managers to better service client needs, and assist in the inside sales process

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least one year of successful healthcare staffing experience. RN staffing experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with a team of healthcare recruiters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Should be detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
