We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky

Primary Responsibilities

  • Use professionalism/courtesy when representing Aperture in all external communications to primary sources and practitioner offices
  • Phone verification and follow-up required
  • Provide professional and friendly attitude and can quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proficiency with using computers (keyboard, mouse actions), and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to independently manage a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously to meet the organization’s business objectives
  • Experience with credentialing or healthcare operations, and/or knowledge of HIPAA, NCQA, or URAC is a plus
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Use computers (keyboard / mouse actions) and Microsoft Word, Excel, and outlook
  • Detail-oriented and able to independently manage a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously to meet the organization’s business objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
