ATI is hiring a Client Account Manager (CAM) for their billing team. The billing CAM is primarily responsible for invoicing and reporting activities as it relates directly to revenue. This position is responsible for the set up and maintenance of all organizational products, pricing and promotions. The billing CAM is also responsible for accurate billing, general support and processing refunds.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain products, pricing and promotions for new and existing clients.
  • Create client invoices while adhering to special statement handling for specific clients.
  • Maintain and enter monthly billing into billing system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, accept/enter payments from customers and facilitate customer returns.
  • Input daily activities and orders into CRM.
  • Review and interpret incoming contracts.
  • Analyze quarterly and yearly revenue reports to ensure forecasting accuracy.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. High school education or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in billing operations (preferred), account management or sales support
