The Eleanor Nursing Care Center is a 120 bed nursing facility, providing skilled nursing care for Short Term Rehabilitation as well as Long Term Nursing Care. Country setting with city convenience!! Long-standing local Facility, recently under brand new ownership whose other facility is well known and established in the area. We are building a dynamic new management team, and are looking to fill important positions with motivated and dedicated team members. Eligible staff receive overtime pay after 8 hours worked in a day! Job Summary
Responsible to supervise direct nursing care staff and supervise day to day nursing activities of LPN and Nursing Assistants, to assure appropriate quality care is provided in accordance with the residents plan of care and current Federal, State and Local regulations, facility policies/procedures and established professional standards of practice.
Qualifications and Skills
1) A Registered Nurse Currently Licensed and in good standing in the State of New York.
2) Preferably, has at least two (2) or more years of Supervisory experience in long term/sub acute care setting working with geriatric residents
3) Displays leadership qualities and provides acceptable references.
4) Able to multi-task and take charge in emergency situations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
