JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for the right candidate to join a fast paced, rapidly growing medical spa! As a Skn Elements Esthetician you will be part of a growing organization that prides itself on undetectable enhancements and clinically driven natural results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations
- Customer Service
- Provide exemplary service to existing guests and bring in new clients through individual outreach
o Resolve guest concerns and implement solutions. Interact directly with guests to maintain high service levels and satisfaction.
- Inventory management
- Participate in team-based inventory management
- Staff Relations
- Staff meetings Daily, Weekly & Monthly
- One on ones with management once per month
o Participate in marketing of Spa/Salon and gym to local guests, groups, outside vendors, etc
- Spa Procedures & Sanitation
- Follow SKN policies and procedures with client interactions and service protocols
- Promptly clean and sanitize workstations following each treatment
- Maintain Medical Spa sanitation protocols
o Oversee SKN to guarantee cleanliness of facility and optimal working condition of equipment
o Opening and closing duties
- Social Media
- Manage your Skn Elements personal business accounts
- Post videos, educate and interact with Skn Elements current and potential customers
- Network via social media to increase customer base
- Sell relevant products to clients to enhance their home routine and deliver maximum results
- Sell/Upsell services to clients based on individual consultations and discovery
- Prospect via phone, social media in person or various digital means to generate new business
· Perform other related duties as assigned
· Working hours: Hours of operation with minimal nights and weekends (Sunday/Monday)
KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS
· Experienced Licensed professional in the beauty or medical industry
· Well organized and demonstrated strong technical skills
· Analytical skills
· Computer Proficient with client management software and Social Media
· Detail oriented
· Organized
· Self-motivated
· Critical thinker
· Maintain confidentiality of guest information and data
· Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, management, and staff
· Knowledge of spa services and therapies
· Comfortable in front of a camera and online
