Currently, we are seeking an Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our growing team!

Position Overview

The Revenue Cycle Specialist will support customers with all phases of their revenue cycle. You will also be responsible for setting up new customers, technical writing, and product support, and will work closely with our Home Health Agency clients.

Essential Job Functions

  • Skillfully supporting customers with Revenue Cycle functions.
  • Gather and document custom business requirements.
  • Liaise between business and technology team members with customer facing responsibility.
  • Improve products by notifying development team of problems and making recommendations.
  • Respond to client inquiries by phone from the office.
  • Understand and manage evolving client expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Revenue Cycle and EDI equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Strong organizational, client management, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting over the phone, at times using remote desktop sharing utilities.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge and experience working with EDI 837 Claim Files and 835 Remittance Files for all payers including New York State Medicaid.
  • Knowledge with mapping, testing and maintenance of electronic interfaces between HHA’s software platforms and third party vendors, including clearing houses. These interfaces will occur in different formats that may include text, XML and web-services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
