Purpose for this position
In this critical role, Certified Nursing Assistant’s primary responsibility will assist with ADL’s, Vital signs and making rounds.
Requirements:
• Active C.N.A. Certification in the state of Illinois
• Basic computer skills

• Must have compassion, tolerance, and understanding for the elderly.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of performing routine job duties.
• Communication skills; ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy.
• Personable and professional with residents, families and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents’ information in compliance with HIPAA standards.
