Provider Health Services is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to care for patients within three skilled nursing facilities in the Jena, Jonesville, and Winnfield, LA area.
- Full Time position (Monday-Friday daytime hours)
- Excellent Compensation ($90k+ range)
