Summary
Assists with needs assessments, design, development, training, implementation, on-going support and evaluation of applications that directly impact the delivery patient care. Ability to lead, manage, and monitor multiple projects. Participates in changing clinical processes to effectively leverage information technology to improve the quality of the care provided to patients. Continuously improves proficiency and knowledge of information technology solutions.Provides reporting and analysis of Clinical Information System activities and formulate recommendations designed to improve operational effectiveness. Provides support to management for program development and budget submissions. Must be able to coordinate and provide problem resolution, technical analysis and workflow documentation on assigned projects. Must be able to delegate responsibilities and tasks as well as ensure their completion.

Proficient in use of software purchased to support a clinical function; trains users in use of software and maintenance of database, produces reports, troubleshoots problems, serves as liaison with vendor to support system.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse Licensed in the state of Texas. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. EPIC experience strongly preferred.
