We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician/Associate. The Maintenance Technician/Associate will perform a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance duties, providing service to the Midnight Mission’s non-program areas.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Preventative maintenance
- Routine electrical
- Light construction and structure repair
- Light plumbing, unplug pipe blockages, repair faucets and fixtures
- Heating and A/C problem diagnosis and light repair
SECONDARY DUTIES
- Maintains and orders equipment and supplies as needed
- Perform related duties and participates on projects as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial building maintenance
- Valid California Drivers License
