Provides high-quality “one-stop” technical support for physicians and advanced practitioners in a direct and a hands-on manner in physicians’ lounges and other venues chosen by leadership. Specific needs will dictate competencies required for any particular position. Typical required technology competencies include mobile device configuration and remote access configuration. Typical required application competencies include Cerner Millennium PowerChart, Dragon dictation, Zynx order sets, Cerner Lights On, and Cerner iAccess.
