Engineering Technician – Ultra Electronics – Yaphank, NY


  • 5+ years of experience in electrical/electronic testing or development
  • Associates in a technical discipline.
  • 3+digital electronics and computers.
  • 3+ years of bread boarding and prototyping skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in reading and interpret schematic diagrams.
  • 5+ years of fundamental electrical and electronics theory.
  • (Will consider internships as part of experience)


  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is desirable
  • Power conversion/power supply experience desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and test equipment
  • Experience with high power circuits a plus.
  • Self starter
  • Strong computer skills
