Director of Laboratory – $15,000 Signing / Relo Bonus!
We seek a Director of Laboratory for the tri-state area’s newest hospital, but draw upon decades of experience with over 100 years of heritage.
Our facility is a place where the latest technology meets compassion, a hospital singularly-focused on delivering a new level of patient care.
The hospital serves the dynamic area surrounding Bullhead City, Arizona, Laughlin, Nevada, and Needles, California. It is conveniently located in Ft. Mohave, a Bullhead City suburb. In fact, the hospital is located several miles due east of the exact spot in the Colorado River where the three states come together!

Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technologist Required
- Certifications: MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP) or equivalent required upon hire
- Basic life Support (BLS) required on hire
Nice to have…
- 3-5 years in Laboratory middle or upper management in hospital setting
The Laboratory Director is responsible for the direction and effective operation of the Laboratory Department, which includes planning, controlling and monitoring operational performance of the Laboratory; ensuring compliance with departmental and administrative policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with The Joint Commission, state and federal regulatory agencies; ensuring compliance with the College of American Pathologists standards and performance of surveys; developing/monitoring quality control programs; developing/monitoring continuous quality improvement, and participating in interdepartmental quality management; and ensuring quality and timeliness of patient test results by investigating problems involving specimen collection

Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
