Baylor Plan/Weekend Plan – Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Tattnall Health Center – Reidsville, GA

Tattnall Healthcare Center is hiring a REGISTERED NURSE (RN) or LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
to work providing both short term rehabilitation and long-term care on the BAYLOR PLAN/WEEKEND PACKAGE

Baylor Plan/Weekend Package Sign-On Bonus for RN/LPN, Full-time: $5,000/Part-time: $2,500

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. The Licensed Practical Nurse performs various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers.

Baylor Plan/Weekend Package Perimeters:

• Applies only to Saturdays and Sundays
• When an employee works 2 (two) 12-hr shifts, totaling 24 hrs., pay will be for 30 hrs. (Part Time)
• When an employee works 2 (two) 16-hr shifts, totaling 32 hrs., pay will be for 40 hrs. (Full-Time)
• Only 1 (one) weekend per quarter may be requested off, totaling 4 (four) weekends per year.
• Only 1 (one) holiday may be requested off per year.
• No shift differential pay.is offered.
• If an employee calls out for a shift during the pay period, payments for the entire pay period will be forfeited
• If you call out for more than 3 separate shifts, you will no longer be eligible to work on the plan/package.
