Precision Mental Health is expanding its amazing team of therapists serving clients throughout the state of Maryland! We are located in Baltimore, MD currently looking to add an LCPC/LCSW/MFT to our team. Our therapists see patients 100% telehealth and this will be a 100% virtual position.
What is Precision Health Care?
Precision Health Care is a internal medicine practice as well as mental health practice all in one. We currently have Primary Care Nurse Practitioner’s, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner’s and Psychotherapists all working together to help provide the highest quality of care for our clients.
The medical practice was founded by Nurse Practitioner Cameron Campbell and our mental health practice was founded by Krista Zerby, MFT. Our mental health practice was formed because our founder was so unhappy with how companies take advantage of their therapists that she decided to form her own practice that would be client focused and put therapists first and foremost! Though our therapist work virtually we do our best to maintain a positive, connected culture within our practice with at Precision Health Care. We do a company crab feast in the summer for employees and their families and we have our annual winter holiday party every year as well as scattered voluntary events for our employees throughout the year. How are we different?
An administrative team is here to offer full support from scheduling to collecting allowing you to focus on working with your clients and providing the best care possible. We give you the flexibility to set your own schedule according to your own individual needs and desires.
Our team mainly works with clients aged 18-55 who are struggling with depression, anxiety and stress. We do have clients younger than 18 for therapists comfortable working with a younger population as well.
Our therapists schedule between 25 and 30 clients per week. We expect our therapists see an average of 25 clients a week with consideration for no shows and cancellations. This allows you time to complete your notes as well as time for each of your clients. Compensation is $50-60 per session which comes out to approximately $65,000-$75,000 a year depending on the number of sessions you do. All employees start at $55 per session and employees who regularly hit their 25 sessions a week, complete their notes on time and communicate effectively with the staff can expect to see their compensation per session increase to $60 per session after 1 year.
