Company Description:
Plum Tree Care Center, a Generations Healthcare facility is in search of a CNA to join our team. Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility includes 76 beds and has an outstanding reputation in the industry with high ratings for patient care.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Provide excellent patient care to assigned residents
- Assist residents with daily routines such as personal hygiene, bathing, taking vitals, meals, bed changes, etc.
- Lifting, transporting into and out of beds, wheelchairs, showers, chairs, etc.
- Follow all safety protocols
- Report and update records of resident’s condition
- Follow instructions from Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Current CA Certified Nursing Assistant (New Graduates welcome)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination will be required for all facility employees as of September 30, 2021 (requests for accommodation due to disability or religious belief will be reviewed).
- Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner
