Company Description:
Vista Manor, a Generations Healthcare facility is in search of a Registered Nurse to join our team. Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility includes 99 beds and has an outstanding reputation in the industry with high ratings for patient care.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring resident/patient conditions
- Implementing treatments
- Developing Care Plans
- Administering medications
- Following up with resident family members
- Maintaining compliance (Federal, State and company regulations)
Qualifications:
- Nursing Degree from an approved RN program
- Current, unencumbered, Registered Nurse license in CA
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination will be required for all facility employees as of September 30, 2021 (requests for accommodation due to disability or religious belief will be reviewed)
- New graduates are welcome
- Skilled nursing/post acute nursing experience is preferred, not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as, teamwork and customer service
- Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner
