A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP)
As a Nurse Practitioner, you work alongside a family practitioner or sports medicine doctor and a well established NP who has been practicing our method since ~ 2015. Critical thinking and problem solving is imperative, as you navigate each patient encounter as a unique, individual set of circumstance and challenges. During the patient’s visit, you blend the full scope of both integrative and conventional thought processes, diagnostic workups and treatment solutions. In all interactions with patients, you connect with each patient, make listening a priority and articulate things in a way that they can easily understand.
You also perform virtual visits with patients as needed. Independently, you perform minor procedures in the office and coordinate after-care. You find great satisfaction in helping your patients feel important and cared for, and most of all, impacting their health in a way they are not able receive anywhere else !
