Our services now include: aluminum extrusion, fabrication, architectural and industrial finishes, and more. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Applies liquid paint to product surfaces in accordance with customer specifications using various types of paints.
Performs color changes based on production schedule. This also includes cleaning out paint guns, liquid pressure pots, and cleaning the pumps.
Preps product by wiping product down using isopropyl alcohol and other solutions, using air gun to eliminate water on parts, and tack product using tack cloths.
Mix paints and solvents and assesses correct ratio of components.
Performs light maintenance and preventative maintenance on paint booths and equipment.
Inspects product for quality issues
Operates equipment including, but not limited to paint guns, automatic paint bells, paint pumps, pressure pots, filters/strainers, and cup guns as necessary. Desired Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of liquid painting processes normally acquired through six (6) months experience in a similar position strongly desired.
Previous experience with small hand tools is beneficial.
Must have good attention to detail in order to visually identify minute imperfections, or defects.
Ability to work on a fast-paced, constantly forward moving production line. What You’ll Receive:
