This position is to provide outreach, community engagement, evaluation, and research support services to reduce health disparities. This position works with UNMC investigators and the North Omaha community to promote healthy lifestyles through research and the facilitation of community-based health programming—all focused on reducing health disparities. Through September 2022, a primary responsibility of this position will be to educate the North Omaha community about the COVID-19 virus and available vaccines, and to help increase vaccination rates.
