RESPONSIBILITIES:
The LPN/RN is responsible for performing direct resident care and resident related activities as assigned by the Resident Care Manager (DON). The RN/LPN is further responsible for supervising and directing nursing assistants in the performance of their duties according to physicians’ orders and established policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have an active Pennsylvania Practical Nursing License (or registered nurse license), in good standings
- Long-Term Care experience in preferred but not required
- Experience in short-term, acute care in preferred but not required
- Experience with Dementia preferred but not required
