We have an immediate Full Time openings for Rehabilitation Registered Nurses in our Acute Rehab Unit. We have both day and night shifts open.
Kindred Hospital Melbourne is a 60-bed transitional care hospital. We are opening an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) within our hospital. We need Rehabilitation RNs like you to join our team and help develop the unit. We are located off of NASA Boulevard on the outskirts of downtown Melbourne, we are less than two miles from the shores of the Indian River and plenty of shops and restaurants.
As a Registered Nurse / RN within our Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) you will:
- Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Participates in discharge planning process.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse / RN.
- CPR/BCLS certification.
- ACLS preferred.
- CRRN Preferred.
