The ideal candidate will hold an active Texas (Compact) LVN or RN license and possess a passion for providing holistic care. This candidate should also have strong communication skills between patients, families, and the Strive Office.

Responsibilities of the LVN – Licensed Vocational Nurse / RN – Registered Nurse
- LVN or RN will be responsible for care decisions and actions within the domain of nursing practice
- LVN or RN will assist in planning and executing the care plan
- LVN or RN will initiate action to meet patient/family needs for information or education.
Requirements of the LVN – Licensed Vocational Nurse / RN – Registered Nurse
- Active Texas (Compact) LVN or RN license required
- Current BLS/CPR certification
