Lower Westchester full service gynecology office looking to fill a parttime position for an OB/GYN ultrasound technologist. This person needs to be ready to learn and work well with the doctors. The sonographer’s conclusions will be very instrumental in the doctor’s evaluation.
The job candidate needs to be available for Saturday and some afternoons during the week.
Fluent is Spanish is a plus.
The salary is competitive.
The sonographer would be responsible for:
**Taking the mandated care of the equipment.
**Being competent in probe sterilization.
**Making sure pictures are accurate.
**Making the patient comfortable with a description of the procedure.
**Helping track and order supplies
**Keeping current with any quality controls.
**Being able to work well with the doctors.
