Seeking a dynamic Behavioral Health Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing care on the 20-bed Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Unit and 13-bed inpatient Geropsychiatric Unit at Maria Parham Franklin in Louisburg, NC. Louisburg is only 18 miles from Wake Forest; 31 miles from Raleigh; 36 miles from Rocky Mount; and 40 miles from Durham.
- The Nurse Supervisor plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients.
- He/she provides managerial support in conjunction with the Program Director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the units.
- He/she contributes to the program, nursing and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Requires BSN (MSN preferred) with 3 years previous inpatient acute care psychiatric nurse management experience such as Charge Nurse, House Supervisor or Assistant Nurse Manager in a hospital; or other management experience plus acute care clinical psychiatric experience.
