Responsibilities
- Build relationships and create customers for life
- Guide customers through selection of a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Becoming the vehicle expert. Know the in?s & the out?s of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology
- Performing high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
- Direct report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses
