Receptionist & BDC Representative – Respect Auto Group – Long Island, NY


  • Answer calls on behalf of the Parts & Service Department
  • Provide customers with price quotes and other information
  • Faciliatate the parts & service sales process from start to finish
  • Communicate with customer on service status in a friendly and professional manner
  • Review shop estimates to be sure the correct parts have been ordered and all pricing is in-line with estimate
  • Provides high-level service to internal and external customers
  • Make sure all internal requests are billed on service repair order
  • Receive payment from customers and/or obtains credit authorization
  • Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 + years experience with auto parts/service sales
  • Ability to handle and enjoy a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret parts & service documents related documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Valid driver license
  • Willingness to submit to background check
