Job Description
Due to record growth and a rapidly expanding product line, CareHawk USA is in immediate need of a creative professional to join our accounting team. This newly formed position will be a key element in furthering our growth initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and managing various regulatory and tax filings. This position will collaborate internally with corporate personnel, and externally with suppliers and customers. Additional responsibilities will include inventory reconciliation, creating reports, collecting information for third party audits, and completing additional projects as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly accounting functions
- Work within our Foundation accounting system to complete tasks and assist with new implementations/modules/processes
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all financial reports
- Perform Accounts Payables activities to ensure timely/accurate payments to suppliers/vendors
- Support Accounts Receivables activities to ensure accuracy/timeliness of invoice creation and collection efforts
- Support sales and marketing programs, goals, and initiatives in alignment with department business plans and leadership direction
- Coordinate correspondence and reports for both internal and external stakeholders
Performance Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Strongly Preferred or Significant Experience in a Similar Role
- 3+ years of experience in the accounting field with progressively increasing responsibilities
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP, In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, methods and procedures
- Strong organization, time management and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
