- Arrives to work on time and in proper uniform.
- Complies with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintains workstations and areas, keeping them clean and orderly.
- Ensures proper use of equipment and utensils and keep them clean and well maintained.
- Accurately follows all recipes and specifications.
- Rotates product correctly, so that the oldest product is used first, to minimize waste.
- Always properly wraps, labels and stores food.
Iron Hill Brewery hires all hourly positions as variable hour employees. This provides greater flexibility in scheduling for both the restaurant and for the employee. Employees work with their manager to determine their schedule and the number of hours they will work per week.
