As an LVN you will be working 1:1 in the patient’s home; under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, (RN). Responsibilities include providing treatment and medication, safety supervision, documenting assessments, interventions, communicating changes in the patient’s condition to the physician and RN for support.
We are currently looking for an LVN for a Young Adult with G-Tube and Trach for the Following Days/Times:
Monday-Friday from 730 am to 4pm in the city of Long Beach.

Requirements:
- Have a current and valid Vocational Nurse License (LVN) from the State of California
- You must have ONE YEAR OF PAID EXPERIENCE with LVN nursing license.
- Current TB test, CPR Certification, and physical (within the last six months)
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- G-Tube experience
- Trach experience
