WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with regular hours of Monday-Thursday from 7:00 AM until the installation job is completed. On-call is needed every other Friday and occasional overtime may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECH
- Intermediate understanding of math, reading, writing and clear diction
- Intermediate skills in reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting problems with electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems on residential air conditioning equipment
- Understanding of CFM Loads, duct sizing, and basic duct systems
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial equipment and installation
- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- Technician I WV State license and EPA Universal Certification
- Able to pass a background check and periodic drug tests
- A current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to perform the physical demands associated with HVAC installations
Apprentice or Journeyman Electrical and/or Plumbing License is preferred and 5 years HVAC experience is a plus, but not required. Are you passionate about safety?
