We are currently looking to hire for our Elizabethtown Plant!

Responsibilities will include the delivery of concrete to our customers in a helpful, courteous and safe manner. Maintain daily vehicle inspection reports, assuring that vehicle is safe and well maintained. Assure product quality to the best of your ability. Maintain the appearance of the mixer truck. Must be willing to work overtime. The selected employees must be able to communicate well with customers and fellow workers, capable of heavy lifting, safety conscious and have knowledge of the local area.
New Drivers without Ready-Mix experience have averaged between $45,000-$55,000 ($22-$26.50 per hour) in their first year (load bonus and overtime included in estimated range)!
Experienced Driver with Ready-Mix experience have averaged between $55,000-$70,000 ($26.50 to $33.65 per hour) in their first year with Delaware Valley Concrete (load bonus and overtime included in estimated range)!
