Staffing Coordinator – KeystoneCare – Wyndmoor, PA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced staffing specialist to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying patient referral sources and responding to patient referral requests in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with RN Case Managers who request home health aide services for their patients.
  • Recruiting, selecting, orienting and scheduling home health aides to meet the needs of our patients and their families. This includes understanding the plan of care and ensuring that specific requests from patients for hours in private duty cases are fulfilled in an expedited manner.
  • Handles all concerns and calls from clients and resolves matters in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Fulfills all service inquiries as quickly as possible to meet the commitment of growth for the agency.
  • Manages schedules for employees and makes sure that employee hours are accurately reflected for payroll.
  • Processes billing on a weekly basis.
  • Provides guidance to home health staff for orientation, competency and performance evaluations; ensures that staff are all performing at the highest level to achieve the desired results for our patients and families and addresses concerns with performance in an effective and timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • 3 + years of home care staffing experience preferred that included recruitment, selection and ongoing supervision of home care staff.
  • Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to work with healthcare professionals, patients and their families responding to time-sensitive needs
  • Dedicated self-starter who can work both independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Proven technology skills and experience using an electronic documentation system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer products including Word, Excel and Outlook (computer test will be given upon interview).
