We are seeking an Lead Trial Attorney with 7+ years of experience as first chair at trials and arbitrations (healthcare, life sciences, and/or pharmaceutical industries).

Job Details
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Barred in NY, NJ, and/or PA
- 7+ years of experience as first chair at trials and arbitrations (healthcare, life sciences, and/or pharmaceutical industries).
- First chair at trials and arbitrations
- Experience preparing/presenting opening and closing statements
- Direct and cross-examination of witnesses expertise
- Strong experience preparing/arguing motions in limine, preparing/arguing motions for directed verdict; preparing pre-hearing and post-hearing briefs, etc.
- Conducting and defending depositions of key witnesses
