Job Details
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team! 12hr Day Shifts and 12hr Night Shifts Available!
As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for RNs with at least one year of inpatient or acute care experience to make a significant impact on patient outcomes and be a part of a supportive and rewarding workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with the physician’s orders and the hospital’s policies.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to any changes promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and treatment plans.
Foster a supportive and empathetic environment that promotes patient well-being and comfort.
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or a compact state license.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Minimum of one year of inpatient or acute care experience as an RN.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare setting.
