Healthcare Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking ambitious and motivated field marketing agents to join our team as Health Specialists during their pre-license phase and beyond.

Candidates will spend the first 3 weeks focusing on accurately collecting leads in the field while learning the business and obtaining their 2-40 resident health license or 2-15 resident health and life license.

We offer daily bonuses to our top producers. Agents will have the opportunity to work anywhere in the state of Florida and earn high commissions paid out weekly, with increases once licensed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately collect leads in the field while learning the business and obtaining your license.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, businesses, and other organizations to generate leads and increase awareness of the Affordable Care Act.
  3. Attend local events, career fairs, and community gatherings to represent our company and collect leads.
  4. Collaborate with the support and compliance teams to stay up-to-date on corrections, manual submissions, and any updates with IMS.
  5. Utilize creative outreach strategies to identify and connect with hard-to-reach or underrepresented populations.
  6. Strive to achieve daily and weekly bonus targets for top producers 
  7. Earn high commissions paid weekly with the opportunity for increases once fully licensed and appointed.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  2. Prior experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role, preferably within the health insurance or healthcare industry, is a plus.
  3. Commitment to obtaining a valid 2-40 resident health license or a 2-15 resident health and life license within 3 weeks of being hired.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  5. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Must be willing to travel locally and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  8. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
