Full Time Dentist – Benefits

We are seeking an associate/junior partner dentist with a great personality who does great dental work to join our team!

We have a patient focused office, that values patient relationships. We have a modern paperless office with digital x-rays, CBCT, and scanner. We are located 25 minutes from St Paul (35 minutes from the airport) in western Wisconsin. We are looking for someone to work 3-4 days per week in our busy practice. The practice is FFS/PPO with no DMO’s or medicaid.

Compensation Package

• We are offering $1,000 minimum per day or 33% of collections whichever is higher. $10,000 signing bonus, 401k, dental and medical offered as well.
• If the fit is right, the dentist will earn equity in the practice (becoming a junior partner) without having to buy in.

Dentist Requirements and Qualifications

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a school accredited by Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and American Dental Association.
• Certification in CPR.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication.
• Compassionate and caring of patients.
• Complies with all office, local, state, and American Dental Association regulations, protocols, and procedures.
