An ADP client is currently recruiting
for an experienced individual to be our next Accountant to join our
team in our Southlake
TX 76092 location. This is NOT a remote role;
you will be required to report to the office every day.

About the Role:

The accountant
is responsible for fiscal management of our US subsidiary.

What you’ll do:

Core duties and responsibilities
include the following.

• U.S. financial work,
  including but not limited to weekly/monthly/annual financial reports and
  budgets and other related fiscal management matters, tax filing for the U.S. company,
  management of funds on the books to ensure proper operation of the company,
  etc.
• Manage the day-to-day
  issuance of goods, including but not limited to sales order processing,
  shipping, inventory management, customer, and vendor management, etc.
• Supporting customer
  service with required company information, invoicing, and daily financial
  tasks, etc.
• To assist with
  external and handle accounting related tasks.
• Other duties may be
  assigned by management.

Our Perfect Candidate

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3 years and above financial experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin isa MUST
• Experienced with QuickBooks or
  financial software platforms

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
  skills
• Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Dependable, great attitude and collaborator
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Flexibility to work in a changing and challenging environment

Company Offers:

• Annual salary range is $70k to $80k will be commensurate
  with experience and education
