We are looking for a Controller to join our corporate office! This position will report to the CFO and will lead the accounting department/support staff!

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing in accordance with GAAP.
- Manages the preparation of quarterly financial statements.
- Develop budgets, report variances to budget, financial forecasts and report results to the executive team.
- Plan, develop and organize operating budgets, annual budgets and quarterly forecasting process.
- Recognize patterns in company spending, revenue and recommend any required solutions for growth and profitability.
- Create performance measures, monitor processes and feedback systems that support company objectives.
- Manages daily activities of support staff.
- Implement processes for monthly close, incorporating the company’s templates and tools.
- Involved in system conversion.
- Assists Department Heads with financial reporting and job costing for their departments.
Qualifications:
- BA degree in accounting or related study.
- 5+ years of related work experience.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Healthcare or related experience is a plus.
- CPA, CMA or MBA highly desired.
