Roles & Responsibilities:
• Contribute to new business pitch development and presentations
• Must have experience of 10+ years in healthcare staffing.
• Must have an experience in getting licenses in different states for placing RN’s and other candidates.
• Prepare updated portfolio review reports on accounts and present to senior management on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• The VP needed to understand the former company’s operations and how to pursue new ideas and techniques under the new structure.
• Create, obtain and effectively communicate market intelligence using research tools
• The VP needed to be able to anticipate future industry trends, communicate a unified vision, successfully navigate the stages of change, and anticipate resistance in order to overcome roadblocks.
• The VP not only needed to be able to identify top talent, and hire the best people—from the inside or outside—he or she would also need to assemble talented staffs and unite people into teams
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, including ensuring candidates meet client specifications and diversity initiatives and managing compensation package negotiations.
• Develop plan to achieve increase cultural awareness and diversity through recruiting, succession planning, training and community outreach.
• Provide full cycle of healthcare recruitment including client development, candidate sourcing and recruitment, checking references and salary negotiation.
• Full budgetary responsibility and ROI accountability.
• Introduce a cost-effective candidate relationship management tool (CRM) to pipeline internal and external candidates.
• Provide staffing support for Sr. level positions and backup support for recruiters.
• Should manage accounts, provide leadership and accountability.
• Should be SPOC between the Sales and delivery.
• Maintain data stats for the Healthcare team; be able to present weekly, monthly, quarterly stats as needed to management.
