MORE DEETS ON THE ROLE:

You’ll be working within one of our Customized Living Programs in South Minneapolis. You will oversee the safety and well-being of individuals on site, providing services such as:

  • Medication administration
  • Assistance with problem solving/additional support
  • Documentation of significant happenings throughout your shift
  • Completing light cleaning tasks within main living areas
  • You will work as a team with other advocate staff, housekeeping, home health aides, the Program Director and our RNs to provide a safe living environment for all clients.


SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:

  • Evening Shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm), Overnight Shift (11:00pm – 7:30am), Daytime Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm)
    • Must be available to be scheduled 2 out of 3 shifts, 6 days a week
    • Schedule will total 40 hours
  • Starting at $16-18, dependent on experience/education


SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree or In Progress, preferred
  • Able to pass background check
  • Physically mobile and able to lift up to 25lbs and climb stairs
