Smile Doctors Orthodontics is looking to add an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to our exceptional team in Kansas City, MO. This is a full-time position, Monday-Thursday with the occasional Friday. Team members work in 3 locations weekly (Kansas City, Raymore, and Raytown, MO).
Our Concierge will welcome our patients and their families, assist patients and parents with scheduling appointments, keep the front of the office clean and organized, verify insurance, provide excellent customer service, answer phones to help with financial questions, scheduling, etc.. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Wages match experience.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-2:00pm
