Hourly Rate: $30-$60.00 hourly (with health insurance), $35.00-$65.00 (without health insurance)

• Clients Provided: Clients provided for you based on fit with services/modalities practiced
• Client Retention Bonus: $500.00 yearly bonus offered
• Option to Become Salaried Position: After 1 year of high client retention, above average performance/proven track record.
• Client Late Cancellation/No Show Protection: Get paid even if clients late cancel or no show to appointments.

Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed as an LMFT, LCSW or Psychologist OR Registered Associate AMFT in the state of California
• Must be willing to sign agreement to undergo 90-120 day credentialing process prior to working, to join MBO insurance panels (which is covered by MBO)
• Must work at least 15 hours per week if part-time (licensed therapist only), or minimum of 28 hours per week if full-time (for both licensed and associate therapists) .
• Preferred – current practice of at least one “holistic” or integrative mental health modality on an intermediate level
• Must be open to Integrative Mental Health Practices.
• Must be coachable, and have humble/open and positive attitude

Must be willing to work face to face at one of the office locations at least 1x per week
