Front Office Coordinator – Custom Rehab Physical Therapy – Chubbuck, ID

Candidates must be positive, personable, organized, dependable, approachable, self-motivated and possess a strong team vision. Position requires excellent communication skills with patients and staff, and the ability to oversee our office and complete front office tasks in a professional physical therapy environment.

Daily Tasks include:

*taking new patient information
*checking in patients, accepting co-pays and posting payments
*scheduling appointments
*obtaining and managing referrals and authorizations
*communicating proactively with clinical staff any issues concerning patient care
*maintaining front office weekly statistics

Job Requirements:
*Positive, team player attitude
*Able to work independently
*High School Graduation with some advanced education/certifications preferred
*experience in a medical office or physical therapy clinic
*be knowledgeable with computers and electronic medical records software
*have a working knowledge of health insurance referral/authorization procedures
*must have an attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
